PAEA Donates to the Weather Center

The goal of the Punxsutawney Area Education’s (PAEA) Community Focus project is to support organizations that benefit the community as a whole, especially the students and families that it serves, according to committee chairperson Christine Austin. Accepting donations were (from left) Mary Jean Johnston, Project Administrator for the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center ($200), Jeff Kuntz, Punxsutawney Memorial Library board member ($500), and PAEA representative Donna Anderson, accepting on behalf of the Groundhog Festival Committee ($100).
